"For the past 15 years, Armor Shield has been the exclusive roofing services contractor for the Park Row at Burnham Place Homeowners Association, a 69-unit townhouse complex located in the South Loop neighborhood of downtown Chicago. Armor Shield handles all of our roof repairs and maintenance, they service all of our gutters and downspouts and scupper boxes each year, and they address any exterior metal repair work that we have. The company also served as roof contractor for us on a $1.4 million multi-year, multi-phase roof replacement project across 7 buildings, including the replacement of all sloped shingled roofs and flat bitumen roofs below our roof decks, as well as replacing the wood decks themselves. On this project, Armor Shield pioneered the use of mobile lift and reach equipment, which made the project much less intrusive and disruptive than originally planned.
